GUYS LUV THEIR CHIX WHO RIDE.....FOXY Ladies...
Monday, 09 May 2005
[I struggle to believe this is real...but we just print what is submitted. -Ed] My girlfriend kept complaining to me that I was being a jerk to her when we hit the hill together. I had no idea what the hell she was talking about. I mean, here I was spending time, trying to teach her new things and such but she insisted I'd get frustrated with her, yell at her, and generally made skiing unpleasant. How could skiing (or snowboarding-whatever floats your boat) be unpleasant? In any event, she eventually found a group of chix called SNOFOX that are comprised of ladies all over the world; some are pros, some have never been on the snow before and she joined up with them. Since becoming a member of this Fox group, she's become more enjoyable to ski with, has actually improved to the point where she's keeping up with me (she just started skiing 3 years ago-I've been skiing my whole life and we're both in our late 2o's), & really enjoys keeping in touch with these other girls. So GUYS, if you are having or had the same problem I was having, go to SNOFOX.biz -the website is always under construction but your lady will get in touch with some super sweet girls and somehow, skiing with you becomes pleasant again. Don't ask me -I'm just a guy after all, but mucho thanks to the girls of SNOFOX and, Julez, I love you & am stoked at how well you're riding now. Now, if there were only a site that would subconciously make me want to hang at the beach all day, our relationship troubles would be over.

Thursday, 02 June 2005
By Peter Potterfield Discuss this in the Forums Helicopter Lands on Everest Watch the Video History was made last month on Everest, but it did not involve climbers. For the first time in history, a helicopter landed on the summit of Mount Everest. It was done as a kind of publicity stunt by Europcopter, the maker of the helicopter, but it has huge implications for future ascents of the highest peak.

On May 14th, 2005 at 7:08 a.m. (Nepal time), a serial Ecureuil/AStar AS 350 B3 piloted by the Eurocopter X test pilot Didier Delsalle, landed at 8,850 meters (29,035ft) on the top of the Mount Everest in the Kingdom of Nepal.Read More
